Upper Naugad Hydropower Project

Upper Naugarh Gad Small Hydroelectric Project is a Run-Off-River type project which is developed by Api Power Company Limited. The project is located at 5km upstream of Naugarh Gad Hydroelectric Project (8.5MW) Intake which had been successfully constructed and operated by the same Company. The Project is located in Dhuligada and Shikhar VDC's of Darchula district in the Far Western Development Region of Nepal. Geographically, the site is located between Latitude 29044'18''N to 29043'25''N and Longitude 80039'48''E to 80036'26''E. The Headworks and the Powerhouse are located at an elevation of 1040.20m and 877.0m from mean sea level. The Project has installed capacity of 8MW with 163.44m of gross head. The Project is accessible from Gokuleshwor to Headworks area as there is existing access road.

Khimti II Hydropower Project
Chyama (Dolakha) Betali,Rasanalu (Ramechhap)
Khimti II Hydro-electric Project (48.8 MW) developing by Peoples Energy Limited is in the border of Ramechhap and Dolakha districts State No - 3 of Nepal. The headworks site is located near Rasnalu VDC of Ramechhap district and the powerhouse site is located at Simlep, Hawa VDC of Dolakha. Geographically, the project area is located in between latitudes 27 ̊33’07”-27 ̊35’13” and longitudes 86 ̊09’26”-86 ̊14’18”.The project is accessible from Kathmandu by 198km long road via Jiri or 145km long road via Khurkot-Manthali on BP highway.
